Why Kinasé, Paris, Niigata?

The passion of a man
for Franco-Japanese exchanges

After having lived several years in France for his studies and then developed activities in the world of communication, Mr Akira Sakamoto wished to participate more directly in the Franco-Japanese bonding by proposing to the French consumers a different way to discover Japan, hence the opening of the shop "Kinasé".

In the Niigata area,
find the best sake in the world

Niigata Prefecture, located in north-west Japan, two hours by train from Tokyo, benefits from exceptional climatic and geographical conditions which, combined with unequalled know-how, have contributed to its appellation "Cradle of Japanese Sake".
